The plots here are 720 Sq.ft, which gives us enough space to eventually build a comfortable home. Rik Developehas included a children's play area, which the kids are already excited about. We also saw they have a swimming pool and a community hall. It feels like a good place for a family to settle. The price point starting at 6.8 Lakh was also within our budget. The area is generally peaceful, although sometimes traffic on the nearby Baruipur-Kulpi Road can get a bit heavy during peak houOverall, it feels like a safe and convenient place for our kids.
