We bought a 2 BHK here back in 2010. It was ready to move then and the price was quite reasonable, around 23 Lakh for the 820 Sq.ft flat. SRR Homes built this Rihim Thyme Park project. The location in Jigani seemed promising for future growth. It is Vastu compliant which was important for my family. There is a gymnasium and swimming pool which we use sometimes. The main issue now is the traffic when going towards Electronic City, it takes much longer than it used to. Overall, it has been a decent place to live for the past decade.

I evaluated Rihim Thyme Park for its investment potential. SRR Homes completed this project in 2009. The price range of 23.37 Lakh to 44.37 Lakh for the built-up areas seems competitive for Jigani. The proximity to Electronic City, nearby, is a plus for rental income. It offevarious amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. The 3 BHK flats go up to 1557 Sq.ft, offering good space. My main concern is the lack of OC receipt, which could be an issue for future buyeor if I decide to sell. The distance to the railway station is quite significant.

After retiring, we wanted a peaceful place, and Rihim Thyme Park seemed suitable. We purchased a 3 BHK flat, around 1500 Sq.ft, in 2011. The construction by SRR Homes is solid. It has good amenities like a tennis court and basketball court, which my grandchildren enjoy when they visit. The landscaping is also well done. The price was in the mid-range back then. The only drawback is the distance to the main city areas. It is close to Bangalore City railway station, making travel a bit inconvenient for appointments. Also, the OC was not available, which is a concern.

The project has excellent amenities including a tennis court and a party hall, which are great for family gatherings. The 24x7 security and power backup are reliable. We just moved into a 2 BHK in Rihim Thyme Park. The size is decent, around 950 Sq.ft, and it cost us approximately 32 Lakh. Being ready to move was a big advantage for our busy schedules. The project by SRR Homes has a club house and a gymnasium, which we plan to use. The location in Jigani is okay, not too far from Electronic City where we work. However, the connectivity could be better. The nearest metro station is quite a few kilometeaway. However, the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects is quite a lot, especially during dry spells. The Bommasandra Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable. The SRR Homes developer seems to have a decent track record.
