I chose a 2 BHK villa in Right Hakim Garden mainly for its location and price. The 900 square feet built-up area felt adequate for my needs, and it cost me around 30 Lakh. Being ready to move since 2013 was a big plus, as I didn't want to wait. Right Angle Properties developed this project on ECR Road. It's convenient having Kelambakkam Bus Station a short distance for intercity travel. The main disadvantage I've found is the parking situation; it can get quite cramped if multiple neighbouhave guests over. The proximity to the beach is lovely, though, and makes for nice weekend outings.

We were looking for a stable property, and Right Hakim Garden seemed like a decent option. We bought a 2 BHK villa, which has a built-up area of 900 square feet. The price was about 30 Lakh, which fit our budget well. Being close to Chettinad Hospital And Research Institute (8 minutes) was a major factor for us. The project by Right Angle Properties is located on ECR Road, which provides reasonable connectivity. The main issue is that it's an older project, completed in 2013, and the overall finish shows its age. Also, the OC not being available is something we noted carefully. It’s a quiet area for now.

Getting my kids settled in a good school was the priority, and Right Hakim Garden is perfectly situated. Velammal New Gen School is just a 5-minute drive away, and Chettinad Hospital is also very close at 8 minutes. We purchased a 3 BHK villa, giving us ample space with 1550 square feet built-up. The price was around 51 Lakh. The developer, Right Angle Properties, ensured the villas were ready to move in, which was a relief. The swimming pool is a nice amenity for the children. My only concern is the traffic on ECR Road during peak houcan sometimes be heavy, making school runs a bit stressful.

My partner and I were looking for a ready-to-move villa near the IT corridor. Right Hakim Garden offered a 2 BHK with 900 square feet for approximately 30 Lakh, which felt reasonable for a coastal location in Thiruvidandhai. The proximity to OMR is good for our commute. Right Angle Properties delivered this project back in 2013. We liked the indoor games facility. The biggest drawback is the lack of OC receipt, which is a bit unsettling. Also, the villa feels a bit compact, especially the second bedroom. The area is generally quiet, though, and close to the beach.

Its proximity to Kelambakkam Bus Station (5 minutes) and Velammal New Gen School (5 minutes) makes it attractive. However, the lack of an OC certificate is a concern for long-term documentation, and I wish there were more bank tie-ups listed. The prices are in line with other properties in Thiruvidandhai.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place near the sea. Right Hakim Garden seemed fitting. I bought a 2 BHK villa of 900 square feet for about 30 Lakh from Right Angle Properties. It's located on ECR Road, which is scenic, and the Bay of Bengal coastline is very close. The project was completed in 2013, so it's quite established. The swimming pool is a pleasant addition for relaxation. However, I've noticed dust can be an issue sometimes due to the nearby road development. Also, finding financing was a bit difficult as no banks were specifically listed as partne
