This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Right Chinar Apartment because it felt secure and was ready to move into. I bought a 2 BHK flat, 1005 square feet. The children's play area is nice for when family visits. The security is 24x7, which gives me peace of mind as I live alone. The location in Chinar Park is quite good, close to Charnock Hospital and with access to Rajarhat Main Road. My main concern is that the 1005 square feet feels a little compact, especially the secondary bedroom. However, the price was within my budget, and Right Enterprise seems reliable. The landscaping looks good.

The children's play area is a nice touch, though not my primary concern. The overall construction quality appeasolid. It's a practical choice.

The location offedecent connectivity via NH-12 and Rajarhat Main Road. While the project itself looks good, the surrounding area can get dusty during construction phases of nearby developments. The Titumir Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit of a walk but manageable with auto-rickshaws. Rental demand in this zone is picking up.

My partner and I work in IT and needed something accessible. Right Chinar Apartment is located in Chinar Park, which is developing well. It’s ready to move, which was a major factor for us. We liked the 3 BHK layout, particularly the 1335 square feet option; it gives us space for a home office. The gymnasium is decent for our workouts. Access to VIP Road and Rajarhat Main Road is fairly quick, making our commute manageable. The only slight downside is the traffic on Rajarhat Main Road during peak houcan be heavy, but that's common everywhere in Kolkata. Overall, a good buy.
