The 3 BHK flat is 1440 square feet, providing enough space for our children to play and study. Opera Housing Pvt. Ltd. Has included a good children's play area within the complex. The location near Koyambedu is also convenient for accessing hospitals like Apollo, which is a critical factor for any family. The price at 78.29 Lakhs was acceptable for the benefits offered. The car parking is adequate, but sometimes finding a spot can be a little challenging if you have guests.
