This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on a plot in Ridge Tranquil Valley. I found the 167 sq.yd. Plot size appealing and the starting price of 33.4 Lakhs was within my budget. Ridge Homes LLP P seems to be a reputable developer. I liked that they included a yoga/meditation area and landscaping. It's still under construction and will be ready by December 2025. The location in Maheshwaram is a bit far from the city center, which means commuting might be an issue for me as I work in Gachibowli. Parking is also not a consideration for plots, but for future construction, it's something to keep in mind.
