The fact that apartments are 3 or 4 side open with no common walls is a significant plus point for resale value and comfort. However, the OC received status is not available yet, which is something I need to verify before making a decision. The proximity to educational institutions like Delhi Public School is also a good indicator of future development.

We are upgrading from our rental place and found Riddhi Siddhi Ikon to be a good option. We are considering a 3 BHK, around 1402 sq.ft, which is quite large. The price for this size goes up to 1.19 Crore, which is a bit high but manageable given the space and amenities. The location in New Town, Action Area 3 is convenient for us, being close to Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station (though it's nearby away). The Riddhi Siddhi Group seems reliable. We liked the idea of a Cricket Pitch and the 3-Tier Amenities Experience. However, the construction dust around the area is noticeable currently, which is common for new developments. We are also hoping the built-up area sizes are accurate and not just carpet area. The completion date of June 2031 is quite far, but we have time.

The only thing is the construction is still new, so it feels like a long wait until June 2031 for possession. I hope the final product looks as good as the brochure.
