The 3 BHK flat has a carpet area of 1125 square feet, which feels quite spacious for a fit home. The location in Yogi Nagar, close to Patidar Chowk, is decent. I visited the site multiple times before booking. The construction quality looks good. Kumanbhai C Lathiya is the developer, and they finished the project by December 2019. I liked that it's near Raghuvir Park. My only hesitation was the price, which was a bit higher than I initially planned for, but I got a good response from the sales team when I enquired. Happy with my decision.
