I was looking for something ready to move in and RHBL Prakrithi fit the bill. Got a 2 BHK apartment around 1100 square feet. The price was within my budget, around 45 Lakhs. Location in North Bangalore is developing well. I liked the fact that it has a gymnasium and a children's play area. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give peace of mind. Also, the power backup is 100% in the apartment, which is a big plus for me. The views of the national park are quite nice from my balcony. It's a decent project for the price. The completion was in December 2020.

This is my fit property purchase, so I was quite cautious. I chose RHBL Prakrithi for its ready-to-move status and decent pricing for a 2 BHK, around 40 Lakhs for an 811 sq.ft. Unit. The developer, RHBL Develope, seems reliable. The location is developing, and it's close to Hennur Main Road. I liked the inclusion of a children's play area and a gymnasium. The 100% power backup in the apartment is a significant feature. The view of the national park is also a major plus point. However, the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for a new buyer. Also, the access road to the project could be better maintained.

The price of around 64 Lakhs was at the higher end of my budget, but the amenities like the gymnasium and multipurpose room are good for recreation. The flower garden adds a nice touch to the surroundings. Having 100% power backup in the apartment is essential, especially during monsoons.
