G. M. Senior Secondary School. My main concern is the price point, which felt a bit high compared to other options I briefly looked at, but the ready-to-move status and location justified it for me. I am hopeful this will be a good investment for the future.

The carpet area is 1302 square feet, which is quite spacious for our needs. Location in Mansarovar is convenient, close to NH-8, making travel easier. Senior Secondary School is also a plus, although we don't have children anymore. The only minor issue is that the roads around Mohru Nagar can get quite dusty during dry weather. The fact that it is ready to move was a huge advantage. The best part is its location, right next to I. G. M. Senior Secondary School. This saves us so much travel time for the kids. It’s also very close to CK Birla Hospital. The Rajasthan Housing Board provided good amenities like 24x7 water supply and car parking. The only drawback we noticed is the noise from NH-8 can be audible inside the apartment sometimes, especially during the day. But overall, we are happy with the space and convenience for our children.
