    Got my 3 BHK flat in RGP Radhakrishna Nivas recently. The built-up area is a good 1370 square feet, which feels quite spacious for the price of 39.05 Lakh onwards. Manikonda is a developing area and it’s nice to see that the project is ready to move. It’s convenient enough for daily commute. The main concern I have is the traffic during peak hougetting into Manikonda itself, it can be quite a crawl. However, the flat itself is comfortable and provides good value for money. I hope RGP Properties continues to maintain the quality.
