Finally found a 3 BHK flat with enough space! We are tired of our cramped rental in Pune and Revell Orchid Phase V Building G looks like the perfect upgrade. The 845 Sq.ft to 1002 Sq.ft carpet area is exactly what we were hoping for. The price is a bit high, going up to 1.01 Crore for the larger units, but we think it's worth it for the space and location in Lohegaon. It's still under construction, expected completion is December 2025. We liked the idea of having recreation facilities and proper street lighting. My only concern is the traffic in Lohegaon during peak hou; it can get quite congested. Hopefully, Revell Realtohas planned for that.
