The price range is between 36.6 Lakhs and 73.5 Lakhs. While the initial purchase price was competitive, the rental yield has been moderate. The amenities like 24x7 security and car parking are standard. The biggest drawback is that OC was not available, which is a significant concern for future resale value and potential buyeIt's an okay investment, but not spectacular.
