We bought a 2 BHK flat, measuring around 850 square feet. The project itself is ready to move in, built by Reva Realty. Being in Taali, it’s also convenient with the bus station nearby. The only downside is that the roads around the complex can get quite dusty, especially during construction season nearby, but it's manageable.
