The location in South Bopal is good, and the project by Reso Liva Buildcon Llp offemany attractive amenities, including a covered swimming pool and a terrace garden. The built-up area of about 856 square feet is ample for them. The price of 1.35 Crore onwards is acceptable. I appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and earthquake-resistant RCC structure for their safety and security. While it's under construction until March 2032, the developer seems reliable. The private foyer for each unit adds a nice touch of privacy.

The terrace garden and landscaping look appealing for quiet evenings. While it's under construction until March 2032, the developer Reso Liva Buildcon Llp seems to have a good reputation. The 3 BHK configuration offeplenty of space for our needs, with built-up areas around 849 square feet. The price of 1.35 Crore onwards is reasonable for the amenities offered, such as the children's play area and fitness center. We are hoping the dust and noise from ongoing construction won't be too much of an issue.
