I am buying a 3 BHK apartment in Reso The Empress for my parents back in Ahmedabad. The location in South Bopal is good, and the project by Reso Liva Buildcon Llp offemany attractive amenities, including a covered swimming pool and a terrace garden. The built-up area of about 856 square feet is ample for them. The price of 1.35 Crore onwards is acceptable. I appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and earthquake-resistant RCC structure for their safety and security. While it's under construction until March 2032, the developer seems reliable. The private foyer for each unit adds a nice touch of privacy.
