I got a 2 BHK apartment, around 1200 square feet, for about 40 lakh. It's ready to move in, so I could shift immediately after purchase. The best part is the proximity to Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, just a short distance away. Also, the Dehradun Bus Stop is a short distance here, making travel easy. The only slight issue is that the roads around Majra can get a bit busy, especially during peak hou, but it’s manageable. The landscaping is also nice.

The location in Majra, Sewla Kalan is quite good, with easy access to the Delhi road and ISBT. It’s also close to St. Jude's School, which is a plus for us. The project is ready to move, which is perfect as we wanted to settle in soon. The landscaping is also well done. The Resizone Group seems to have a good track record.
