We decided on Residency Apartments because of its fantastic location for our children. MGM Healthcare is right next door at nearby, which gives us peace of mind. SBOA School & Junior College is also just a stone's throw away. The building has good amenities for families, including a swimming pool and a gym. We got a comfortable flat with good ventilation. The service lift is helpful for moving things. The only issue we have faced is that water pressure sometimes drops on higher flooduring peak usage times, especially in the summer months.
