The location on Anandwali, Gangapura Road is decent, and it's only a 4-minute walk to the Tirupati Town Bus Stop, which is convenient for commuting. The project offea swimming pool and a gymnasium, which I plan to use regularly. The flat size is ample for one peon. My only concern is the availability of parking; while there is car parking, it might be a bit tight during peak visiting times. The garbage disposal system is a nice practical touch.
