We moved into Renuka Dahan about six months ago after retiring. It is a peaceful community and the 740 square feet 1 BHK flat is quite comfortable for us. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex is very well done, making it pleasant to walk around. Having the Army Public School and Military Hospital so close by is a huge advantage for any medical needs or future family visits. The 24x7 water supply has been reliable so far. Overall, the construction feels solid. It is good to be in a ready-to-move-in property without the hassle of waiting for possession. The gated community aspect also provides a sense of security.
