I invested in a 3 BHK unit at Renox Thrive. The built-up area is 1582 Sq.ft, and the price was about 1.45 Crore. The location in Noida Extension is promising for future appreciation. RENOX GROUP OUP UP P is offering a 3-side open plot with lush greens, which sounds appealing. The 100% Vastu Compliant Design was a factor in my decision. The project is under construction, with completion expected by April 2029. My main concern is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is typical for such projects. The entrance lobby and common areas look well-designed in the brochure.

The video door security and lift access provide peace of mind for a single resident. The Vastu compliant design was important for me. The developer, RENOX GROUP OUP UP P, is also highlighting landscaping and tree planting, which should make the environment pleasant. The location is decent, though I wish the metro station (Noida Sector 81 Metro Station, nearby away) was closer. It’s under construction, with completion expected in April 2029. The parking is closed car parking, which is good.
