The price was reasonable, around 12 L. The developer, Renowned Group, seems to have completed the project quite some time ago, back in June 2012, and it is ready to move in. The availability of a landscape garden is a nice touch for evening walks. The proximity to National Highway 24 is also a plus for occasional travel. My main concern is the noise from the highway sometimes, especially during peak houHowever, the overall atmosphere is calm, and the basic amenities are present. It’s a decent option for a quiet retirement.
