Being close to VIBGYOR High school, nearby, is a huge advantage for future planning. The location in NIBM, Kondhwa is developing well. We liked the closed car parking available. It was completed in December 2019, so it felt like a mature project. The developer Remonesa seems to have a decent track record. We did notice some dust on the roads nearby due to ongoing construction in the wider area, but that's common in Pune.
