The built-up area for a 2 BHK is between 1038 sq.ft and 1322 sq.ft, which is plenty of room for us. It is ready to move, so we can settle in quickly. The price is around 45 Lakh, which fit our budget well. Being close to the Kukatpally Metro Station (1.89 KM) is a huge plus for our daily commute. We also liked the idea of having a club house and a swimming pool for weekend relaxation. The developer, Reliance Builde, seems to have completed the project a while back.
