    This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Reliable Enclave in Kolkata. I looked at a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of around 820 square feet. The price for this flat was about 30.34 Lakh. The location in Panihati, Math Bagan is decent, and it's quite close to Sodepur High School. Reliable Construction offeready-to-move apartments, which gave me peace of mind as a new buyer. The construction quality looks okay from the outside. The main thing I’m slightly concerned about is the parking situation; while it’s closed car parking, it might feel a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Baranagar Metro is nearby.
