This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Reliable Enclave in Kolkata. I looked at a 2 BHK which has a built-up area of around 820 square feet. The price for this flat was about 30.34 Lakh. The location in Panihati, Math Bagan is decent, and it's quite close to Sodepur High School. Reliable Construction offeready-to-move apartments, which gave me peace of mind as a new buyer. The construction quality looks okay from the outside. The main thing I’m slightly concerned about is the parking situation; while it’s closed car parking, it might feel a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Baranagar Metro is nearby.

My partner liked that it's close to Sodepur High School, just about 0.8 kilometeaway, which is convenient. The price range around 30.34 Lakh was also within our budget. Parking is available as closed car parking, which is good. The area seems to be developing, and it's not too far from the main road, Barrackpore Trunk Road. Overall, it met our basic requirements for a fit home.

We bought a 3 BHK in Reliable Enclave because it's in Panihati. Our kids attend Sodepur High School which is very close by, less than a kilometer. The 1050 square feet built-up area gives us enough space. The main reason we chose this project from Reliable Construction is that it's ready to move in. We don't have to wait for possession. The price was around 38.85 Lakh for the bigger flat, which was a bit high but acceptable given the space and location. The only minor issue is the dust from the ongoing development nearby, but that is expected in a growing area. The closed car parking is a necessary amenity we needed.
