Bought a plot here at Reliaable Lavendula in Gulimangala. The location is pretty good, close to the city but still quiet enough. Reliable Developeseem to know what they are doing. I purchased a 2030 Sq.ft plot. The main reason was the proximity to Mazumdar Shaw Medical Center, which is right next door. This will be convenient for my family. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for peace of mind. I am looking forward to building my house here soon. The landscaping and tree planting around the plots look promising.
