    We finalized on Regency Rachita Regency for my parents back home in Chennai. They needed a place that was well-connected and close to essential services. The proximity to Thirumangalam Metro Station, just nearby, makes it very convenient for them to travel around the city. Also, SBOA School & Junior College is nearby, which is good for any visiting grandchildren. The project is ready to move in, which was a big plus as we wanted them to settle in quickly without waiting. I haven't seen it peonally for a while, but Regency Developehave a decent reputation. The only slight worry is traffic noise in Anna Nagar, which is quite common for prime areas in Chennai.

I wish they were slightly larger, but for the price point and location, it's acceptable for my fit home. I am hoping the value appreciates over time.
