As a single working woman, safety and convenience were my top priorities when choosing Regalia Orane. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance provided by Regalia Buildcon gave me confidence. I chose a 2 BHK apartment, around 615 square feet, which is a good size for me. The project is located near Apollo International School on South Bopal Ghuma Road. Having a gymnasium and a yoga/meditation area within the complex is great for staying active and relaxed. The landscaping and tree planting create a pleasant environment. The high-speed automatic elevatoare also a plus. The only slight drawback is that the internet/Wi-Fi connectivity within the apartment needs to be set up by the resident, which is an extra step.
