The price was a bit higher than I initially planned, going up to 1.18 Crore for the larger units, but the build quality seems solid. My only small worry is the car parking situation; it's closed car parking, but sometimes it looks a bit congested.

It's a Regal Urban project completed in 2013, so it's an established community. The full power backup is also a significant advantage here. The only downside we've noticed is the dust from nearby construction, but that's common in this part of Bangalore East. The price was around 1.18 Crore.
