The price was 3.67 Crore, and given the ready-to-move status and completion in January 2023, it seemed like a good opportunity. The developer, Reena Homes, has a decent track record.     We finally decided on Reena Ocean Opal for our fit home. The 4 BHK villa felt very spacious when we visited, the built-up area is 3527 Sq.ft which is quite large for Chennai. The location in Injambakkam is close to the ECR main road, making weekend trips easier. Power backup is available which is a relief.     My partner and I checked out Reena Ocean Opal last weekend. It's in Akkarai, so it’s a bit of a drive from the main IT corridor, but Sholinganallur junction is a short distance, which is convenient. The villa itself is huge, 3527 Sq.ft for a 4 BHK. We liked the idea of a gated community and 24x7 water supply. The price point of 3.67 Crore onwards is definitely premium for Chennai, but the villa is ready to move in. One concern is the traffic on ECR can get really bad during peak houand weekends. Still, it felt quite peaceful inside the community.
