We just moved into Reelicon Prayag last month. The 825 sq.ft 2 BHK is a good size for us, and the price around 49.48 Lakh was within our budget. We liked the landscaping and the promise of solar energy for electrification seemed like a good eco-friendly touch. The location in Ward No. 3, Baramati is developing nicely. 24x7 water supply is working well so far. The only small issue is that the road leading to the project could be a bit better maintained, it's a bit dusty sometimes, especially after rain.

While the project itself is decent, finding schools nearby was a bit of a challenge; Mehta Hospital is nearby, but the nearest good school is further out. Parking is adequate though.
