We got a 2 BHK flat, and the 1150 Sq.ft carpet area is more than enough for us right now. The price was around 75.67 Lakh onwards, which fit our budget after considering loans. We appreciated the closed car parking facility. One thing we noticed is that the parking spots are a bit narrow, making it slightly tricky to maneuver our SUV. Otherwise, it's a good place for young professionals.
