I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Redundant Embassy Residency for my parents from abroad. The carpet area of 1546 square feet is ample for them. The location is excellent, being close to the Velachery-Tambaram road and Medavakkam-Sholinganallur road, and also very close to Global Hospital. This gives me peace of mind knowing they are well-situated. The price of 74.97 Lakh for the larger unit was within my budget for this investment. Having amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and community hall adds to the value. The project's readiness to move in was a key factor. The developer, Redundant, has delivered a project that is functional and well-placed.

We finalized our purchase here about two months ago. The 1.5 BHK configuration seemed like a good balance for our needs, offering a carpet area of 650 square feet which is quite practical. Location is a big plus, being right on Embassy Residency Road and very close to Global Hospital and the Velachery-Tambaram road. The price point also fit within our investment calculations, landing around 31.19 Lakh for our unit. While the project was completed in 2010, it feels well-maintained. The developer, Redundant, seems to have a decent track record. One minor observation is that the entry road can get a bit congested during peak hou, but the proximity to main roads balances this out.

My partner and I were looking for a convenient place in Chennai South. Redundant Embassy Residency offered a 1.5 BHK with a 650 square feet carpet area, which is perfect for us starting out. The price was around 31.19 Lakh, fitting our initial budget. We were impressed with the extensive list of amenities, especially the swimming pool, gymnasium, and the cycling and jogging track. The location is fantastic, being close to the Velachery-Tambaram road and St. Thomas Mount Metro Station, which is great for our commutes. The project is ready to move in, which was a major factor. Our only small concern is that the surrounding area can be quite busy with traffic, especially near the main roads.

We were renting a small place and decided to upgrade. Redundant Embassy Residency caught our eye because of its location and the ready-to-move-in status. We looked at the 3 BHK apartments, which have a spacious carpet area of 1546 square feet. The price range for these units goes up to 74.97 Lakh. Being right next to the Velachery-Tambaram road and Medavakkam-Sholinganallur road makes commuting easier. We also liked the children's play area and the landscaping. The only downside we noticed is that the parking seems a bit tight, especially for visitoHowever, the overall feel of the community and the available amenities like the badminton court are good enough for us.

I bought a 3 BHK apartment in Redundant Embassy Residency for my parents who are living in Chennai. The carpet area is a generous 1546 square feet, giving them plenty of space. It is ready to move in, which was important as we didn't want them to wait. The proximity to Global Hospital and BVM International School is a huge advantage for their daily needs and peace of mind. The price for this configuration is around 74.97 Lakh. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are also good for their fitness. My only concern was the lack of readily available bank approvals mentioned, but we managed with our own financing. Overall, they are happy with the space and location.

After retiring, I was looking for a comfortable home in a well-connected area. Redundant Embassy Residency seemed like a suitable choice. I opted for a 1.5 BHK unit with a carpet area of 650 square feet. The price of 31.19 Lakh was reasonable for the location on Embassy Residency Road, close to major arterial roads like the Velachery-Tambaram road. The project was completed a while ago, back in 2010, but the common areas and landscaping look good. I particularly enjoy the cycling and jogging track and the general greenery. The entry water body with feature spouts is a nice touch. My only slight worry is the dust from ongoing developments nearby, but it's manageable.
