The price is approximately 1.45 crore. It is important that the property is ready to move, and this one is. The location in T. Nagar Village is quite accessible, with AG DMS Metro Station nearby, making it easy for them to travel. Redbrick Realtor is the developer behind this project. My parents are concerned about noise from traffic, and while the location is good, it is close to main roads. They also mentioned that the carpet area of 938 square feet felt a little smaller than expected for a 3 BHK.
