I am purchasing a home for my parents in Redbrick Sri Nivas, Chennai. They need a comfortable and well-located place. I am looking at a 3 BHK flat with a carpet area of 938 square feet. The price is approximately 1.45 crore. It is important that the property is ready to move, and this one is. The location in T. Nagar Village is quite accessible, with AG DMS Metro Station nearby, making it easy for them to travel. Redbrick Realtor is the developer behind this project. My parents are concerned about noise from traffic, and while the location is good, it is close to main roads. They also mentioned that the carpet area of 938 square feet felt a little smaller than expected for a 3 BHK.

It is ready to move in, which was a big plus for us as we did not want to wait. The location in T. Nagar Village is reasonably close to Mount Road and Arcot Road, nearby. This makes commuting easier. The price was within our budget, around 1.5 crore. The developer, Redbrick Realtor, seems to have a decent track record. I couldn't find any information on whether OC was received, which is a point for due diligence. The provision for closed car parking is standard.
