As a business owner, time is money and RED Baroda Skyz being ready to move was a huge factor. I bought a 3 BHK which is around 1425 to 1540 square feet. It offegood space for my family. The amenities like the jogging track and the cricket pitch are nice additions. It's located centrally near ITI Circle. My only concern is the parking area feels a little cramped, especially when visitocome. But overall, the RED Organiseseem to have delivered a solid product. The price range of 32.58 L to 48.71 L made sense for the size and location.

The location in Gorwa, near ITI Circle, is decent, though getting to the main road during rush hour can be a challenge. I like the idea of having a bar/chill-out lounge within the complex for socializing. RED Organisebuilt this project quite some time ago, and it's nice that it's still a viable option. The lifts are functioning properly, and there is 24/7 water supply which is crucial. It feels safe with the car parking and general upkeep.
