    We chose Realmark Liffe Fest because it’s close to Swarnim International School, nearby. That's a huge relief for us. We booked a 3 BHK which is around 1005 Sq.ft, plenty of space for our family. The project by Realmark Realty Pvt Ltd has good landscaping and tree planting mentioned, which I think will be nice for the kids to grow up around. The swimming pool and clubhouse are also good additions. The only minor issue is that the construction is still ongoing and there’s some dust around. But the September 2028 completion date is reasonable. The price was competitive for the area and the flat size we got.
