After retirement, I wanted a quiet place. Real Sai Surya in Chennai South seemed like a good option. I bought a 3 BHK apartment, 1835 sq.ft, for 80 Lakh. It was completed in 2012 and is ready to move. The proximity to Kauvery Hospital is a significant advantage. The Real Value Promotehave built a sturdy structure. The area is relatively calm, which is what I was looking for. I appreciate that the apartment is spacious and well-lit. The lack of specific details on amenities is not a concern for me as I prefer a simpler lifestyle.

The price of 59.81 Lakh to 82.58 Lakh was within my approved loan limit. It was completed in 2012 by Real Value PromoteThe area is developing nicely. The only drawback is that the access road for the last close to reach Sunnambu Kolathur Puliyamaram Bus Stop is a bit narrow and can get congested during peak houHowever, for daily commute within Chennai South, it's quite manageable.
