The location in Pallikaranai is quite convenient, especially with Velammal New Gen School literally next door, which is a huge plus for us. We got a 2.5 BHK here. The project by Real Value Promoteseems well-built from the outside. Parking could be a bit of an issue during peak visiting hou, but for our single car, it’s manageable. We haven't moved in yet but the process so far has been smooth. The proximity to the school was the main deciding factor for us, and it’s hard to beat zero distance.
