I specifically looked for a project with good amenities for relaxation. The Senior Citizen Siteout is perfect for my evenings. The Water Storage system is reliable, which is important. The location near Indian Park and on Raiya Road is accessible. While the flat size is 1006 square feet for the 3 BHK, the common areas could be a bit more spacious. However, the security features like the Security Cabin and 24x7 CCTV Surveillance are very reassuring.
