We purchased a 3 BHK apartment, around 1131 sq.ft, which is spacious enough for our family. Being ready to move made the transition much smoother. The area, Parnasree Palli in Behala, is quite residential. However, the traffic on the main road leading to the project can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider for daily commutes. RBN Projects has delivered a decent product overall.
