I bought a 3 BHK duplex in RBC Group Happy Home for my parents. It's ready to move, which was a major factor. The built-up area for these starts at 810 square yards and goes up to 1395 square yards. The location in Sector 116, Mohali, is convenient, especially with Radiance Hospital nearby, which is reassuring for older residents. The price was around 95 Lakhs, which fit our budget. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and security are essential. My only minor concern is that the internal roads within the project seem a bit narrow, making parking a little tricky at times.

The price was around 1.1 Crore, which was a bit more than we initially planned, but the size and layout felt worth it. The project has a yoga/meditation area and a gymnasium, which we plan to use. Being in Sector 116, Mohali, it's close to major roads like National Highway 21. However, the overall built-up area for the configurations seems a bit inconsistent, with some 3 BHKs listed as 810 sq.yd. While otheare much larger.
