We bought a 3 BHK in Rayala Livium for my parents. It’s a 1025 square feet unit. The project by Rayala Infra Projects Llp is ready for possession, completed in May 2024. The price for our unit was around 80 Lakhs. My parents liked the Senior Citizen Sitout area and the general peaceful vibe. It’s located in Harlur, Bangalore East, which is a growing locality. They have 24x7 water supply and rainwater harvesting, which are essential. The hospital, Motherhood Hospital, is nearby, which is reassuring. The only downside is that the Jayadeva Metro Station is nearby, so public transport connectivity could be better for those who rely on it. Still, my parents are happy.

We just moved into Rayala Livium in Harlur. The 2 BHK flat we got is 1315 square feet, which feels quite spacious. Rayala Infra Projects Llp finished the project by May 2024, and it's ready to move in, which was a big factor for us. The price point was in the upper range of our budget, around 95 Lakhs for our unit, but the build quality seems good so far. They have a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which are nice additions. The location is decent, close to Sarjapur - Marathahalli Road. However, traffic on that road can be quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily commuting. Overall, a solid property, but be prepared for the commute.

The price was about 98 Lakhs, which felt a bit steep initially, but the project is ready to move in and completed by May 2024 by Rayala Infra Projects Llp. The location in Harlur is convenient, with good connectivity to both Sarjapur - Marathahalli Road and Bangalore-Hosur Road. I really appreciate the Vastu compliant design and the video door security. The gymnasium and swimming pool are definite pluses for my lifestyle. My only real issue is the parking situation. If you have a larger vehicle or two ca, the designated spots can feel quite tight. It's manageable, but definitely something to consider. Overall, it's a comfortable living space.

This is my fit flat purchase, and I chose Rayala Livium. I bought a 2 BHK which is 745 square feet. The salespeon mentioned it was a 2024 completion. I liked the amenities like the jogging track and the indoor games area. The price was about 65 Lakhs, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. Rayala Infra Projects Llp seems to have put good security features like video door security and 24x7 security. The area is developing, and it's relatively close to Orchids The International School, nearby. My only worry is that it's still quite a bit of construction happening around the area, so there’s some dust and noise sometimes. But I’m hoping that settles down soon. It’s a good start for me.

My parents are settling in well. The proximity to major roads like Sarjapur - Marathahalli Road is good for accessibility. However, the OC (Occupancy Certificate) status wasn't readily available when I inquired, which caused some initial concern, though the property is ready to move in. I trust the developer has the necessary approvals in process. It’s a good investment for long-term family needs.
