The location in Kathwada, Daskroi is peaceful, and importantly, it's very close to Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals, which gives me peace of mind. Ravya Infra is developing this project, and they offer 2 BHK configurations. I am looking at the 647 Sq.ft carpet area option for them. The amenities listed, such as 24x7 water supply, lifts, and landscaping, are quite standard but sufficient. While it's still under construction and expected to finish by December 2026, I am counting on Ravya Infra to deliver a quality product. The zero brokerage mention was also a small positive.
