I bought a 2 BHK here because the location in Munnekollal is quite good for my commute. Marathahalli is a short distance, which is where my office is located. The apartment is 1070 square feet and has a nice layout. I really like the 24/7 security and the gymnasium. It feels safe and I can easily go for my workouts. The price was around 45 Lakhs, which was within my budget. Power backup is also a plus, especially during monsoon season when outages are frequent. The landscaping is also well-maintained and gives a pleasant feel.
