I purchased a 3 BHK villa which has a built-up area of 925 Sq.ft. The price was 47.0 Lakh for the larger unit, which felt a bit high compared to other options I explored nearby, but the quality of construction seemed solid. The accessibility to Kummanur Bus Stop at nearby is decent for my staff. I haven't seen the OC details yet, which is something I'll need to check. The traffic in Red Hills can be a little slow during peak hou, but it's manageable.
