Finding a good 3 BHK in a prime location like Yogi Nagar was challenging, but Ravi Ravi Regency fit the bill. The 895 square feet carpet area is more than enough for me. I liked that it's ready to move, so I didn't have to deal with construction delays. The proximity to the Raiya Tele Exchange BRTS Stop, just a 5-minute walk away, is fantastic for commuting to work. My only minor concern is that Univeity Road can get quite busy, and sometimes there's a lot of dust from nearby ongoing developments. However, the convenience for daily travel outweighs this for now. I feel secure here.
