The location on Nibm Link Road in Pune is quite accessible, and it's nice that Satyanand Hospital is nearby. We are looking forward to the July 2027 completion. The inclusion of a water softener plant and ample 24X7 water supply is very important for us older residents. Landscaping and tree planting adds a nice touch. However, the parking area seems a bit compact, which might be an issue if we have guests.
