It’s under construction right now, expected to finish by September 2021. The developer, Ratnakar Marutirao Kulkarni, seems to be adding all necessary amenities, including closed car parking and a sewage treatment plant. The location in Savedi is quite good, with easy access to shopping and recreational places. My only concern is the parking. While closed parking is available, it might be tight if you have multiple vehicles. We are still deciding if the carpet area is sufficient for our future needs.
