The location in Jodhpur Village is decent, and importantly, the Jivraj Park Metro Station is just about 1.71 kilometeaway, which helps with my daily commute. The Ratnaakar Group has included essential amenities like a gymnasium and a cafeteria, which I find quite useful. The 3 BHK configuration offeample space. One area for improvement could be the parking facilities; it can get a bit congested if many residents bring multiple vehicles. However, for the price point and the overall quality provided by the Ratnaakar Group, it represents good value.
