    I bought a 2 BHK in Rathin 5Th Avenue Phase 1 as an investment. The location in Manjalpur is developing, and having access to National Highway 8 within 2 kilometeis quite convenient for travel. The flat size, around 599 square feet built up, is decent for a 2 BHK. Rathin Infracon Llp seems to have completed this phase, and it is ready to move in. My main concern, however, is the road leading to the project; it can get quite dusty during dry weather, which might be an issue for some. The price point was competitive for the area, which is why I decided to invest. Overall, it appeato be a sensible property purchase for rental income potential.
