I am happy with the amenities provided, especially the gymnasium and the swimming pool for residents. The low density for spacious living is also a factor that attracted us. It feels less crowded. The location is decent, with SKS World School only nearby, which is convenient. My only concern is that the Shaheed Sthal metro station is quite far at nearby, making daily commute a bit challenging if relying on the metro. The garbage disposal system is also a practical touch.
